The LED light fixture is of excellent build quality, looks BEAUTIFUL installed -just like the photos in the listing. it has a very sleek and modern design, using real wood. I like how the light doesn’t have any extra cables or cords- just the two cables that it needs to hang from the ceiling. Great communication around shipping and it was packaged very safely. The "warm" light setting (3000K) looks great over our dining table.
Rufat was beyond helpful. We have high ceilings and slanted too. After sending pictures and measuring Ryan figured out just what we needed and would work for our situation. The light is perfect!!! So thrilled
While our order was lost by the FedEx, Ryan (the seller) did everything he could to rectify the situation ending with us enjoying our delivered light fixture. I love the light , looks great , but my remote control won’t alter the light color or allow it to dim ?
My electrician installed it with a wall switch that’s not dimmable . Should the wall switch be a dimmer for the remote to work ? Does the remote need to be programmed in order for it to dim or change Color’s ?
