How to choose the right light
Start with the room, then size and height. Not sure? Our team replies within minutes on live chat.
How do I choose the right chandelier size?
Add the room length and width in feet; the total is roughly the right diameter in inches (a 12 × 14 ft room → about 26"). Over a dining table, pick a fixture 1/2 to 2/3 the table width and hang it 30–34" above the tabletop.
Will these lights work in my country?
Yes. Every Rufat Lights fixture is wired for 110-260V and ships with the right fittings, so it works in the US, UK, EU, Australia and most other countries.
Are the lights dimmable?
Dimming varies by product, and not every light can be used with a dimmer. Message our team with the product link before you order and we’ll confirm whether it works with your dimmer.
How long does shipping take, and are duties included?
We ship worldwide for free with customs and duties included. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then shipping takes 7–14 days, with tracking on every order.
Can I return a light if it doesn’t suit my room?
Yes. You have 60 days to return it for a full refund. See our returns policy for the details.
Do you offer trade pricing for designers?
Yes. Interior designers, architects and contractors can join our Trade Program for exclusive pricing and a dedicated contact.
