We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Great news - it's time to celebrate because your order is now on its way! Once we hand your order over to UPS, FedEx or USPS, we will promptly send you a confirmation email containing a'Track Order' button. We were looking for something unique and came across this. Installed it and absolutely love it. Not clear in the photos, but is it modular and fully adjustable, so you can shape it as you like. Very bright and does a great job lighting up the table. We have it on a dimmer so it creates a nice mood in the room when not needed for direct lighting. (Photo is with lamps dimmed.)
As others have commented, there are no instructions and it is a bit of a project to assemble. That said, laying all the parts out helps with understanding what goes with what, and it came together quickly once we figured out what we wanted it to look like. As mentioned, all the connections are adjustable, and the branches can be assembled in different ways, so it can really be a unique creation. Very happy with the purchase!

This light was delivered within the expected timeframe, and is beautiful. Took a little while for our contractor to assemble and we had a little electrical issue with one of the sockets but after troubleshooting with the seller and troubleshooting a bit we fixed it. The seller was very responsive in helping us work through the issue. This light is very unique and everyone who sees it loves it, including us!
Seller was great with communication. Fixture required wiring and a slanted ceiling adapter which we were able to find locally. The fixture is beautiful

I was lucky that my father in law is an electrican, because it was very difficult to attach the lamp. An Manuel would be really nice! The lamp is wonderful and I‘m lucky that we bought it :)

Love the size and price for such a dramatic statement piece but I had no idea I would have to build it with wiring - I am not an electrician so it sits in the box... :(
Even more awesome in person! And got here faster than expected. The instructions were in Chinese, however, but even if they'd been in English they would've been terrible. Luckily my husband used to assemble and install light fixtures for a living so he was able to put it together but the instructions really need to be better for the average person. If you're shipping a light fixture to the U.S., it would be a good idea to send instructions in English. Quite a bit of assembly is required for the model we bought. Also, we thought we were buying a handmade product from Israel but it came from China, so that was disappointing. But it's gorgeous and well-made and will make the statement we wanted in the entryway of our new home so overall we're happy with it.

I love the chandelier I ordered from Rufat Lighting. His products are gorgeous. Communication was very easy and I couldn’t be happier. His lighting is so modern and clean and fits anywhere. I have a very historic home and yet the modern chandelier I bought has only enhanced the look of my home. I highly recommend buying lighting fixtures from Rufat. They are beautiful.

Beautiful chandelier! it was a little tricky putting together, but the customization is great! love that it looks like a bonzai. The customer service is also great! very accommodating and responsive
make sure you let him know if you need dimmable bulbs for the light fixture. also when you order ask for instructions to be shipped with it. now that we have it all together it looks beautiful but we didn't have instructions at first and that made it challenging to install.
the chandelier is beautiful. the lights were not working correctly at first but the owner of the shop helped us resolve the issue. it works wonderfully now. my only change would be if the chandelier came with instructions, frequently asked questions and ways to problem shoot. I'm very happy with my order and it's beautiful in my dining room
Lovely lighting - would recommend
Everything seems to be in order. The light was packed very securely and is exactly what I wanted. We look forward to having it installed in our new home. I will be looking to buy another chandelier around February, and I love this seller's styles, so I'll be back. Thank you so much.
Light turned out fine. Expect shipping delays due to customs. It is challenging to assemble and packaging Styrofoam is of low quality and falls apart so expect to clean up.
