The 13 lights look a bit small, it is recommended to use the 19 lights.
Lighting is quite harsh and I had to assemble it myself. Only took a couple of hours. Paying an electrician to assemble prior to installing would put the price up by at least another $100. Pretty when done, but would be prettier with a warmer light.
