We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

I had an issue with the size sent and the shop owner was great! Sent a replacement and it’s gorgeous! No switch on the corded version, so watch out for that!
Fabulous! I took two, extra-large. The lamp is beautiful as in the photo, well made, to be handled with care because the metal is thin and looks delicate but is finished, perfect matte effect painting, very very nice color. The only small flaw, from the photos I expected black cable and rose window, instead they are clear .. but luckily those can be replaced. Fast seller and available in the answers, I was afraid of the times given the arrival from China, instead perfect delivery and even in advance, I really recommend it!

The orange was more of the Halloween orange than I expected.
I ordered five macaron pendants. Many items were manufactured poorly with bubbles or dents and the canopies and wires were not black, some white, some pearl. One light wrong color combo. While I did return them, and who knows what part Covid played in this manufacturing situation, Rufat was very easy to communicate with and willing to fix the situation. I would recommended him. When ordering these lights, I would recommend specifically noting whether you are looking for black, white or pearl wire/canopy sets. Thank you Rufat for your level of communication, and willingness to solve the issues.
