We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

When I ordered this it was not easily clear these were not shipping from within Europe, at which point nerves set in about whether it would turn up at all, and more importantly whether it would be of such quality that I would need to return it and all that that would entail. It took about 3 weeks to arrive in the end.
This is a sturdy bit of kit,my only criticism being the flimsy looking brackets that come with what is a heavy light.
