Here are the cons:
The glass baubles are Extremely fragile. Three of them broke during assembly and installation. I can't find any way to replace them on this site; even if I could find them, I can't do anything about it because...
Once they're in, they're in. You can't remove the shades to clean them. I'd advise against a kitchen installation, where they'd get greasy kitchen-y residue that has to be cleaned. And if you could, it'd be a downright surgical procedure because each of the little glass bits is so fragile!
This is a beautiful pendant light shade. I have hung it as yet but it looks lovely.
