We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

I bought 3 of the lamps, two of them received in good shape and the quality is good as described. However, there's a little chip on one of the lamp shade. Contacted the seller and they handled it promptly, they promised to resend a new one. Thumbs up for the customer service.
